Product Description
The Miele H 7140 BM CleanSteel is a compact built-in microwave combination oven designed to provide the functionality of a conventional oven and microwave in a single appliance.
With a 43L oven compartment, the H 7140 BM provides three shelf levels and a temperature range of 30–250°C. Its multifunction cooking system includes Fan Plus, Auto Roast, Grill, Fan Grill, Defrost and several microwave combination modes.
The integrated microwave delivers up to 1000W of power across seven selectable power levels: 80W, 150W, 300W, 450W, 600W, 850W and 1000W. Microwave power can also be combined with Fan Plus, Fan Grill, Grill and Auto Roast for faster cooking and reheating.
Miele’s Quick & Gentle technology uses inverter-controlled microwave power for more consistent results. The appliance also features Quick MW for rapid microwave starts and a dedicated Popcorn function.
The DirectSensor S touch controls and clear text display provide straightforward operation, while automatic programmes help simplify preparation of a wide range of dishes.
For cleaning, the stainless-steel oven compartment features Miele’s PerfectClean finish with a linen structure, designed to reduce food adhesion and make cleaning easier. The hinged grill element provides easier access to the upper area of the cavity.
The CleanSteel exterior is designed to resist visible fingerprints, while Miele’s Miele@home connectivity enables the oven to be connected to a home Wi-Fi network and controlled or monitored through compatible Miele smart-home functionality.
